We’ve had a few different companies work on our home over the years, and Northeast Basement has been by far the best. Their entire team was responsive, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions we had during the remodel. Dan, in particular, was proactive in making sure everything went smoothly—he consistently checked in and kept us updated on the progress of the project. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone considering a basement remodel.

Miguel and his team did a great job from start to finish. Unlike the other basement waterproofing companies that wanted to charge exorbitant amounts for unnecessary work Miguel knew from his 24 years of experience all I needed was a sump pump and charged a much more reasonable price for a great pump. I look forward to having them back to quote out finishing the rest of the basement in the future. Thank you for your honest work.

We had a great experience with Northeast Basement Solutions. They waterproofed and refinished our basement. From start to finish, Amanda was incredibly responsive and made sure everything stayed on track. Miguel and the team did excellent work—our basement looks fantastic, and we haven’t had any water issues since the project was completed. The new flooring is very well done. Overall, they were professional, efficient, and easy to work with.

We had a great experience working with Dan and his team to finish our basement. We had a tight timeline and they were able to finish everything in about 2 months. We now have an additional bedroom, full bathroom, pantry, and entertainment space. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and pleasant to have around. We appreciated everyone’s flexibility and diligence. They are a hard working team, often working long hours (some weekend days and holidays). We are so excited to start using our new space and would absolutely recommend Northeast Basement Solutions.

I had called three companies to get an estimate for fixing my basement garage water issue. One was outrageous and the other never returned calls. However, Miguel was very thorough and explained everything in great detail and even shared pictures of what he was suggesting to do to resolve the issue. His price was very reasonable. His crew was very respectful of my property, friendly and very professional. I especially liked the idea of Miguel (business owner) was on site the entire time. When the job was completed, my garage was left spotless. I am a stickler about my yard. You can't even see where they dug to put the drain pipe in, my yard looks perfect. I strongly recommend Northeast Basement Solutions. You won't be sorry. Very professional organization and employees.

Comment: I had a crack in the foundation that resulted in water on the floor in the basement after a heavy rain. I got five estimates and four of them included plans to dig up the basement floor perimeter – exactly what I didn’t want. Northeast Basement Solutions is the company I would call again if I have another serious water problem. Miguel was very respectful, patient and listened when I told him what I wanted and what I didn’t want done in the basement. His suggestion was designed to solve the problem without digging up the basement floor and his was the most reasonable price. I immediately approved. The price was not the main reason I hired NBS, but I admit it did figure into my decision. A date was set. The work took just one day, and when the job was completed, Miguel wanted me to see the work before they left. It was what he described, what I agreed to and exactly what I wanted.\r\nAmanda was terrific to work with. We spoke on the phone several times and it was like talking to a friend. She was understanding when I had a family emergency and needed to reschedule which she did immediately. As I already said, I would not hesitate to call Northeast Basement Solutions if, God forbid, I ever have another water problem, and I will recommend Northeast Basement Solutions to anyone who has a basement water problem.

My interactions with Dan and his team were all very positive. We had a dark and moldy basement that is now a bright and clean home gym. They removed all the carpeting, moldy drywall, broken doors, old and broken ceiling lights and old and broken ceiling tiles and replaced everything with new and updated materials. They corrected some old, improperly wired electric stuff and insulated spots that were previously lacking insulation. Whatever I asked for, they worked to make it happen. We'll be enjoying this space as we never have before and are really thankful we were able to work with N.E. Basement!

I really appreciated working with Amanda and Miguel and the team. From scheduling, to answering my questions before and after, to the actual work completed, I was very pleased. Miguel is very helpful and a very positive person to work with. The work done was also excellent, and our basement is not experiencing anymore water seeping in!
