Waterproofing & Sump Pumps in Haverhill

Alexandra reached out to us looking for some waterproofing solutions in her late 1800's home. Upon a consultation with the customer, we were able to install a Sump Pump Station, perimeter drainage around her basement along with Vapor wall barrier for an added layer of moisture control. She also wanted a Battery Backup system to ensure if she looses power, her pump will still run accordingly. Her and her husband were very happy with our communication during the entire process and are very grateful to have a system in place to help prevent any future flooding. 

Ellen reached out to us concerned with the potential her basement could flood during the winter to spring snow melt. She mentioned it happened in the past and she wanted to have a system in plae to prevent it from happening again. Ellen decided she wanted her entire basement waterproofed. This included Vapor Brite walls that allow any wall moisture to be directed into the perimeter drainage system that also collects floor joint seepage and directs it into the sump pump station. The sump pump station then pumps any unwanted water back outside where it belongs! She also went with a battery backup system incase she looses power and a new dehumidifier to ensure any humidity in her basement is under control. Needless to say, Ellen is a happy customer and no longer fears the New England snow melt. 

Dean called us because he was concerned about the humidity in his basement. He felt he needed a reliable dehumidifier. During our consultation, our technician realized Dean's existing Sump pump, did not have a working pump. Not only were we able to provide this customer with a reliable dehumidifier for humidity control in his basement, we replaced his pump as well. Dean was grateful for the services we were able to provide him without breaking the bank.
