Waterproofing & Sump Pumps in Haverhill

Ellen reached out to us concerned with the potential her basement could flood during the winter to spring snow melt. She mentioned it happened in the past and she wanted to have a system in plae to prevent it from happening again. Ellen decided she wanted her entire basement waterproofed. This included Vapor Brite walls that allow any wall moisture to be directed into the perimeter drainage system that also collects floor joint seepage and directs it into the sump pump station. The sump pump station then pumps any unwanted water back outside where it belongs! She also went with a battery backup system incase she looses power and a new dehumidifier to ensure any humidity in her basement is under control. Needless to say, Ellen is a happy customer and no longer fears the New England snow melt.

Alexandra reached out to us looking for some waterproofing solutions in her late 1800's home. Upon a consultation with the customer, we were able to install a Sump Pump Station, perimeter drainage around her basement along with Vapor wall barrier for an added layer of moisture control. She also wanted a Battery Backup system to ensure if she looses power, her pump will still run accordingly. Her and her husband were very happy with our communication during the entire process and are very grateful to have a system in place to help prevent any future flooding.

The customer contacted us for basement waterproofing and moisture control. Upon evaluation, we were able to install a sump pump, an interior drainage system, an artery line, vapor brite barrier walls to help guide any wall water/moisture to the drainage system, a battery backup system in case power is lost and a dehumidifier to control any moisture in the basement. The customer was very satisfied with the timing of the project and the end result of the work provided.

Upon evaluation, we recommended installing a sump pump station. She decided that was the best idea since was did not want to install an interior drainage system at this time. We were able to install the sump pump station for her and she was very happy with the result. Her basement has been dry ever since the installation!

We were able to install a new sump pump station for them, along with a partial interior drain system. We also installed a trench grate in front of the bulkhead to allow any water possibly coming in through the bulkhead to be directed to the installed system and sump pump. The customer was very satisfied with the entire process of the project.
